Crock-Pot Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. round steak, cubed
    1 1/2 c. onion chunks
    6 potatoes
    1/2 c. celery, cut in chunks
    1 lb. carrots, sliced
    2 beef bouillon cubes
    2 c. water
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    3 Tbsp. tapioca
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Place round steak in crock-pot.
    Push meat up sides.
    Add vegetables.
    Dissolve beef cubes in water.
    Add sugar, tapioca and salt.
    Pour over meat and vegetables.
    Cook 8 hours on low in crock-pot.
    Add Kitchen Bouquet for color, if desired.
