Roasted Garlic Mashed Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 to 4 heads garlic to taste
1 Tbsp. olive oil
4 lb. baking potatoes, peeled and cubed in 1-inch pieces
1/2 c. butter or margarine
1 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
Preparation

Place garlic on a square of aluminum foil and drizzle with oil. Wrap tightly. Bake at 425\u00b0 for 30 minutes. Remove from oven and set aside. This can be done ahead.
