Creamed Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick oleo
    1/2 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 c. chicken broth
    1 large can evaporated milk
    1/2 cooked chicken, deboned and skin removed
Preparation
    Melt oleo; add flour and blend together well.
    Add salt and pepper.
    Cook over low heat until bubbling.
    Remove from heat and stir in evaporated milk and chicken broth.
    Bring to boiling point, stirring constantly.
    Reduce heat.
    Stir in chicken, heat and serve.
    Do not let boil or it will be grainy.
    Serve over hot biscuits, noodles or your preference.
    Makes 8 servings.
