Oven Baked Chicken With Fruit - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 to 3 lb. chicken pieces
    2 Tbsp. cooking oil
    1 (8 1/4 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
    1 c. barbecue sauce
    1 (11 oz.) can Mandarin orange slices, drained
Preparation
    Brown chicken in hot oil.
    Drain.
    Arrange pieces in an oblong baking dish.
    Combine pineapple and barbecue sauce; spread over chicken.
    Cover and place in refrigerator for 3 to 24 hours. Bake, covered, at 375\u00b0 for 50 to 60 minutes.
    Spoon off fat. Garnish with oranges; spoon sauce over all.
    Serve with rice.
