Broccoli-Corn Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
    1 (16 oz.) can cream-style corn
    1 beaten egg
    1/2 c. crushed saltines (about 12)
    1 Tbsp. instant minced onion
    2 Tbsp. melted butter
    1 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    1/2 tsp. Beau Monde
Preparation
    Let broccoli thaw enough to mix with other ingredients but do not cook.
    Add other ingredients and put in a well buttered 1-quart casserole.
    Make a topping to cover the casserole by just lightly browning 3 slices of bread which are finely broken in small pieces in 4 tablespoons margarine.
    Bake, uncovered, about 35 to 40 minutes at 350\u00b0.
