Egg In A Frame - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 slice bread
    2 pats butter or margarine
    1 egg
Preparation
    Cut a whole in the center of the bread with a small upside-down drinking glass.
    Melt one pat of butter in frying pan over low heat.
    Toss in the bread and break the egg into the hole. Cook until bread is brown on the bottom.
    Turn the bread with the egg over; put the remaining butter in the pan and use your spatula to make sure that the butter gets under the toast.
    Continue cooking until the egg meets your standards.
    It should take about 2 minutes.
