Pork Chop Bean Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 pork chops (lean)
    2 (16 oz.) cans pork and beans or baked beans
    1 Tbsp. brown sugar per chop
    1 Tbsp. catsup per chop
    1 Tbsp. mustard
    1 slice onion
    1 thin slice lemon
Preparation
    Trim fat from chops.
    You can use pork steak or slice a boneless
    roast.
    Be
    sure\tto trim fat off.
    Spread each chop with
    prepared
    mustard
    and
    catsup.
    Add\tslice of onion and lemon
    last.
    Bake\tat 350\u00b0 covered until bubbling well (1 1/2 hours).
    Tip lid so steam can escape and cook until juices are reduced
    and
    thickened.
    (You
    can
    lower temperature to 300\u00b0 after
    1
    1/2
    hours.)
    Salt
    and
    pepper chops lightly if you prefer, not necessary.
