Mushroom Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. fresh mushrooms
    3 Tbsp. corn oil
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 clove garlic, crushed
    freshly ground pepper
    1/2 tsp. French mustard
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. parsley, finely chopped
Preparation
    Wipe the mushrooms with a clean damp cloth.
    Leave them whole and do not remove the stalks.
    Whisk together the oil, lemon juice, garlic, mustard, salt, pepper and parsley.
    Pour the dressing over the mushrooms and toss well to make sure that each mushroom is coated with the dressing.
    Chill, covered, for a few hours before serving.
