Homemade Yeast Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
    1 pkg. active dry yeast
    1 1/4 c. milk
    1/4 c. sugar
    1/4 c. shortening
    1 tsp. salt
    1 egg
Preparation
    Mix 1 1/2 cups flour with yeast in large mixing bowl.
    Heat milk, sugar, shortening until shortening is almost totally melted. Add to flour mixture.
    Add egg. Beat at low speed for 1/2 minute. Then beat on high for 3 minutes.
    Mix remainder of flour by hand to make soft dough.
    Shape into ball.
