Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 boxes chopped broccoli, cooked until tender
1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese, diced
1/4 stick butter
1/2 roll Ritz crackers
1/2 stick butter
Preparation

Drain broccoli except 2 tablespoons liquid.
Add Velveeta cheese and 1/4 stick butter.
Stir until melted, then place in casserole.
Mix 1/2 roll Ritz crackers with 1/2 stick butter. Spread crumbs over casserole.
Bake in oven for 15 to 20 minutes at 350\u00b0.
