Marshmallow Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. gelatin
    1 c. cold water or pineapple juice
    2 c. boiling water
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. sugar
    1/4 c. vinegar
    juice of 1 lemon
    2 c. small marshmallows
    1 1/2 c. crushed pineapple
    1 c. chopped nuts
    1 c. mayonnaise mixed with 2 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
Preparation
    Soak gelatin in cold water or pineapple juice for 5 minutes. Dissolve in boiling water.
    Add salt, sugar, vinegar and lemon juice, mix and cool.
    When mixture begins to thicken, add the remaining ingredients.
