Lib'S Fudge - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 box xxxx powdered sugar
    1 c. cocoa
    1 lb. butter
    1 lb. Velveeta cheese
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
    4 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Melt cheese and butter.
    Pour into powdered sugar and cocoa and mix well.
    Add 1 Tbsp. vanilla and chopped nuts.
    Pour into two 13 X 9 inch buttered pans.
    Pat down and refrigerate.
    Freezes well.
