Bran Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. flour
    1 c. whole wheat flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/3 c. sugar
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 1/2 tsp. soda
    2 tsp. grated orange rind
    1 c. raw bran
    1/2 c. wheat germ
    1 egg, beaten
    2 c. sour milk
    2 Tbsp. oil
    1/2 c. raisins
Preparation
    Prepare muffin tins for 18 muffins.
    Sift white flour, baking powder and soda.
    Add remaining ingredients and mix well.
    Beat egg, sour milk, oil together in separate bowl.
    Combine with dry ingredients with a few swift strokes.
    Fold in raisins; fill muffin cups 2/3 full.
    Bake 20 minutes in 425\u00b0 oven.
