Whole Wheat Banana Bread - cooking recipe

1 1/4 c. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 c. sugar
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1/2 c. whole wheat flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 c. Puritan oil
1 c. mashed ripe banana (about 2 medium)
Preparation

Combine all-purpose flour, whole wheat flour, baking soda and salt together in a small bowl; stir well and set aside.
Combine sugar and oil in a medium mixing bowl.
Beat at medium speed for 2 minutes until well blended.
Add eggs; beat until light and lemon-colored.
