Pepper-Chicken Fettucini Toss(36.1 Mg Cholesterol) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. fettuccini (uncooked)
    1/4 c. oil or vegetable oil
    3 whole boneless chicken breasts, skinned and cut into strips (about 18 oz.)
    2 large red peppers, cut into strips
    2 large yellow peppers, cut into strips
    1 medium green pepper, cut into strips
    1 medium onion, cut into chunks
    2 c. sliced fresh mushrooms
    1 tsp. salt-free herb seasoning
    2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Prepare fettuccini as package directs and drain . In large skillet, heat oil; add chicken, peppers, onion, mushrooms and seasoning.
    Cook and stir over medium heat until chicken is cooked through 8 to 10 minutes.
    Add hot cooked fettuccini.
