Uncle James' Barbecue Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. butter
    1 c. distilled vinegar
    4 Tbsp. Worcestershire
    1 Tbsp. Tabasco
    1 Tbsp. salt
    3 Tbsp. prepared mustard
    dash of red pepper
    juice of 1 lemon
    1 tsp. soy sauce
Preparation
    Melt butter.
    Add vinegar and all other ingredients.
    Bring to a slow boil; simmer for a few minutes.
    Great on chicken.
    We like it best on grilled pork.
