Prune Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sugar
2 c. flour
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. allspice
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. almond oil
1 c. vegetable oil
1 c. buttermilk
3 eggs
1 c. prunes, cooked and mashed
Preparation
-
Mix well.
Place in an 8 x 13 x 2-inch pan.
Bake for 1 hour at 325\u00b0.
You may also add 1 cup of chopped nuts to the top before cooking.
