Jillian'S Health Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 pkg. dry yeast
1/2 C. warm water
1/4 C. melted butter
1/3 C. honey
1/3 C. molasses
1 Tbsp. salt
2 C. warm water
1 egg
1/4 C. wheat germ
1/4 C. bran
4 C. whole wheat flour
4 C. white flour
8 oz. walnuts
Preparation

Mix 4 cups wheat flour with salt.
Mix yeast with 1/2 cup warm water until dissolved.
Add all wet ingredients into flour and mix.
Add remaining ingredients; but add flour slowly; until dough is workable for kneading.
Knead for 8 - 10 minutes.
