Ferne Plumlee'S Fancy Apple Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 double pie crust
    12 apples
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    3 Tbsp. cinnamon
    juice of 1 small lemon
    1 stick margarine
    milk
    granulated sugar
    1 egg
Preparation
    In a large bowl, toss sliced apples in sugar, cinnamon, lemon juice and melted margarine making sure each apple slice is coated with mixture. Let set for a few minutes.
