Bread Stuffing - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 Tbsp. chopped onion
3 Tbsp. butter
2 c. day old bread crumbs
1/3 c. chopped celery
1/2 Tbsp. thyme, sage or desired seasoning
Preparation

Cook celery and onion in butter for about 10 minutes, until tender.
Add the cooked vegetables and seasonings to the bread cubes; mix thoroughly.
If dressing seems dry, add 2 tablespoons water, milk or fish stock to moisten.
