Banana-Nut Chip Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. mashed ripe bananas (about 3 medium)
    1 1/4 c. sugar
    3 eggs
    1/3 c. vegetable oil
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
    2 1/4 c. flour
    3/4 c. quick-cooking oats
    2 tsp. ground cinnamon
    1 tsp. each: baking powder, baking soda and salt
    1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg
    1 c. (6 oz.) semi-sweet chocolate chips
    3/4 c. chopped walnuts
Preparation
    In a mixing bowl, beat bananas, sugar, eggs, oil and vanilla. Combine the dry ingredients; stir into banana mixture.
    Fold in chocolate chips and nuts.
    Pour into two greased 8 x 4 x 2-inch loaf pans.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 55 minutes or until a toothpick inserted near the center comes out clean.
    Cool for 10 minutes before removing from pans to wire racks.
    Yield: 2 loaves.
