Black Beans - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 or 2 lb. black beans
4 large onions
3 large green peppers
1 large fresh tomato
1 c. olive oil
5 garlic cloves (fresh)
2 or 3 bay leaves
salt
2 to 3 Tbsp. vinegar
Preparation

Wash beans well until water is clear; cover beans in a large pot with water.
Soak overnight.
