Succotash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. chopped onions
    1/2 c. chopped green peppers
    1 c. chopped green onions
    1 c. Ro-Tel tomatoes
    1 1/2 lb. smoked sausage, sliced
    large tomato, peeled and chopped
    1 c. whole kernel corn, drained
    1 c. lima beans, drained
    2 tsp. chopped garlic
    1 c. water or juice from Ro-Tel tomatoes
Preparation
    Saute onions, green peppers and green onions. Add remaining ingredients. Cook in crock-pot on low all day until hot and bubbly.
