White Jello Mold - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 envelopes Knox gelatine
    2/3 c. water
    2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 c. sugar
    2 c. milk
    2 tsp. vanilla
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    8 oz. frozen Cool Whip
    fresh strawberries
Preparation
    Mix gelatine and water in small pan.
    Heat until dissolved and set aside.
    Soften cream cheese; add sugar.
    Beat well.
    Add milk, vanilla and lemon juice to taste.
    Add gelatine and fold in Cool Whip.
    Spray mold with Pam.
    Will set in 2 hours.
    Decorate with fresh strawberries or peaches (canned).
    Very good.
