Frozen Blackberry Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8-inch) graham cracker crust
    3 egg whites
    1 c. vanilla ice cream
    1/2 c. cream cheese
    1 1/2 c. blackberries
    1 envelope unflavored gelatin
    1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
    1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
Preparation
    Brush crust with 1 egg white.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 until lightly browned.
    Cool completely.
