Clam Sauce(For Spaghetti) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    18 good size clams, 24 littleneck clams or 2 cans minced clams
    3 garlic cloves, mashed
    10 fresh parsley sprigs (leaves only)
    1/4 c. olive oil
    1/4 c. butter
    pinch of red and black pepper
    2 good size tomatoes, chopped
    1 Tbsp. tomato paste
    pinch of flour
    2 Tbsp. clam juice
Preparation
    Chop garlic and parsley together.
    Combine oil and butter in skillet and heat.
    Add clams, garlic and parsley and red and black pepper; stir.
    (If using canned clams, add salt.)
    Cook for 5 minutes.
    (Start spaghetti water.)
    Add tomatoes, tomato paste, 2 tablespoons clam juice and flour.
    Cook for 20 minutes (simmer).
