Chess Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 stick butter
    1 1/2 c. granulated sugar
    4 eggs
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 Tbsp. corn meal
Preparation
    Cream the butter and sugar well. Add eggs and stir until well blended, but do not beat.
    Add lemon juice and corn meal.
    Pour into pastry shell or 8 individual unbaked tart shells.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until lightly brown (about 30 minutes).
