Mexican Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large fryer, stewed
    1 pkg. Doritos
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 c. broth
    1/2 onion, chopped
    1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
    8 oz. Cheddar cheese, grated
Preparation
    Debone and cut up chicken into bite size pieces.
    Mix soups, broth, onion and Ro-Tel tomatoes together.
    Crush Doritos and place in buttered casserole.
    Layer chicken, soup mixture and 1/2 the cheese.
    Repeat layers, but do not top with cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Put remaining cheese on top and bake for 15 minutes more.
