Jean'S Sweet Potato Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. cooked sweet potatoes
    1/2 c. white sugar
    1/3 c. light brown sugar
    4 Tbsp. butter
    1/4 tsp. allspice
    1/4 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 c. evaporated milk
    1 large egg
    5 Tbsp. instant vanilla pudding mix
Preparation
    Cook sweet potatoes until done, peel and with mixer, beat until free of lumps.
    Add remainder of ingredients and mix well. Pour into 9-inch unbaked pie shell; bake in preheated 425\u00b0 oven for 5 minutes; then lower temperature to 325\u00b0 and continue baking for 30 minutes.
