Easy Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (7 oz.) pkg. Minute rice
    2 cans cream of celery soup
    1 pkg. dry onion
    mixed chicken parts (legs, breasts, etc.)
Preparation
    Mix together the rice and celery soup.
    Spread in 13 x 9-inch pan.
    Lay chicken pieces over rice mixture and sprinkle dry onion soup mix over chicken.
    Add about 2 cups of water to help keep moist.
    Cover with foil.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 2 hours.
