Blueberry Oatmeal Muffins(A Family Favorite Adapted From The Three Rivers Cookbook) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. dry Quaker oats
    1 c. milk or buttermilk
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    1/2 c. vegetable oil
    1 egg
    1 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1 c. blueberries (fresh or frozen, unthawed)
Preparation
    Mix oats and milk together and leave for 30 minutes at room temperature.
    Add the brown sugar, oil and egg to oat/milk mixture and stir well.
    Gently fold in the flour, salt, soda and baking powder.
    Then add blueberries.
    Spoon into 12 muffin tins with papers and bake 25 minutes at 350\u00b0.
