Easy Chocolate Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 Tbsp. cocoa
    2 1/2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    3/4 c. sugar
    2 eggs, separated
    3/4 c. evaporated milk
    3/4 c. water
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 pie shell (baked)
Preparation
    Combine cocoa, cornstarch and
    sugar
    in
    top
    of double boiler.
    Add milk, water
    and
    slightly beaten egg yolks, stirring well.
    Cook in double boiler over medium heat until thick. Add vanilla and butter.
    Pour
    into pie shell.
    Beat egg whites until stiff;
    add 4 tablespoons sugar.
    Spread over pie.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 until brown.
    Yields 6 servings.
