Sausage And Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. sausage
    1/2 green pepper
    1 1/2 pkg. Lipton onion soup
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 1/2 c. diced celery
    1 c. rice
Preparation
    Brown sausage; pour off some grease.
    Add onion, pepper and celery.
    Stir in soup and rice.
    Add 4 1/2 cups boiling water. Cook slowly until rice is tender (45 minutes).
    Add water if needed.
