Hummus - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can garbanzo beans and liquid
    a big Tbsp. glop of tahini
    3 cloves garlic
Preparation
    Blend in the blender, pushing down with a spatula.
    Turn into a bowl.
    Pour a thick layer of olive oil over the top, 1/4 inch deep, then a layer of lemon juice.
    Sprinkle with chopped parsley. Serve with pita bread as a dip or drop into falafels inside the pita bread with chopped tomatoes and alfalfa sprouts.
