Baked Fish Fillets - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. fine dry bread crumbs
    1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    dash of cayenne pepper or chili powder
    1/4 c. mayonnaise
    dash of paprika
    2 Tbsp. finely chopped green onion
    1 lb. flounder or other fish fillets
Preparation
    Bake fish 15 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    In shallow dish, mix crumbs, paprika, Parmesan cheese and pepper or chili powder.
    In small bowl, mix mayonnaise and green onion.
    Brush both sides of fillets (after drying with paper towels) with mayonnaise.
    Coat with crumbs.
    Arrange in single layer in baking pan.
    Bake for 15 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
