Blueberry Oat Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. quick oats
    1 c. sour milk
    1 c. flour
    3/4 c. brown sugar
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. oleo or butter
    1 c. fresh or frozen blueberries
Preparation
    Combine oats and milk; let stand a few minutes.
    In another bowl, combine flour, brown sugar, baking powder, baking soda and salt; mix well.
    Stir in egg, butter and oat mixture.
    When mixed, gently fold in the blueberries.
    Fill well-greased muffin tins 3/4 full.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes.
    Makes 12 muffins.
