Cabbage Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small cabbage, shredded
    2 c. cut up celery
    1 1/2 Tbsp. onion flakes
    2 pkg. artificial sweetener
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    46 oz. tomato juice
    46 oz. water
    4 chicken bouillon cubes
    4 carrots, sliced
    salt to taste
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients in a large pot. Simmer 2 hours. Refrigerate at least 24 hours before reheating to serve.
