Vermont Spring Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 to 3 lb. chicken, cut up
    1/4 c. melted butter
    1/2 c. maple syrup
    1/2 tsp. lemon peel
    1 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. lemon juice
Preparation
    Place chicken in greased baking dish.
    Mix ingredients and pour over chicken.
    Bake uncovered 50 to 60 minutes at 400\u00b0.
    Baste.
