Poor Man'S Lobster 1 - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. fresh or frozen codfish
cold water
2 Tbsp. salt
2 Tbsp. vinegar
Preparation

Cover the fish with cold water and 2 tablespoons salt.
Bring to a boil and simmer for 10 minutes, then drain.
Cover with cold water and 2 tablespoons vinegar.
Bring to a boil and simmer 10 minutes.
Drain. Serve with melted butter.
