Cheese Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    potatoes, cut
    green pepper, cut
    broccoli, cut
    fresh mushrooms, cut
    1 small box Velveeta
    1 c. milk, water or combination
Preparation
    Parboil potatoes, green pepper, broccoli and mushrooms just covered with water.
    Cover with lid.
    Drain water.
    Add Velveeta and milk/water.
    Cook until well blended.
