Etouffee - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 to 1 1/2 lb. shrimp
    1 can clear chicken broth
    1 c. chopped green onion
    1/2 stick margarine
    3 Tbsp. flour
    black pepper
Preparation
    Melt margarine and saute onions.
    Add flour (do not brown). Stir until smooth.
    Add chicken broth, pepper and peeled shrimp. Simmer 30 minutes.
    Serve over rice.
