Cinnamon Apricots In Cream - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. apricots (unpeeled)
    1/3 c. sugar
    1/3 c. water
    1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
    1/4 c. heavy or whipping cream
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Halve and remove seeds from apricots. Place in a 1-quart casserole dish.
    In small bowl, combine sugar, water and cinnamon.
    Pour over fruit.
    Bake 20 minutes or until apricots are tender.
    Pour on cream and bake 5 minutes longer. Makes 4 servings.
