Apple Cobbler - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 stick (1/4 lb.) butter or margarine
1 c. sugar
1 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. raisins
1 (1 lb. 15 oz.) can apple pie filling
Preparation

Melt butter in a 7 x 11 x 2-inch oblong pan.
Combine sugar, flour, baking powder and salt with milk to make batter.
(If too stiff, add a little extra milk.)
Pour batter over butter.
Mix apple pie filling with raisins and smooth gently over batter. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes or until crust is golden brown.
Serve warm, topped with whipped cream or ice cream, if desired.
