Mincemeat Custard Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. moist mincemeat
    1 unbaked 9-inch pie shell
    1 (4 1/2 oz.) pkg. Jell-O
    Golden
    Egg Custard Mix
    1 envelope unflavored gelatin
    2 c. milk
    2 Tbsp. rum (optional)
    1 1/2 c. thawed Cool Whip
Preparation
    Spread mincemeat on bottom of pie shell. Bake at 425\u00b0 until crust is golden, about 15 minutes. Cool thoroughly.
