Self Filled Cupcakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. 2 layer size chocolate cake mix
    1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
    1/3 c. sugar
    1 egg
    1 (6 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate pieces
    dash of salt
    1 c. nuts
Preparation
    Mix cake using package directions.
    Fill paper bake cups in muffin tin 2/3 full.
    Blend cream cheese with sugar; beat egg and salt.
    Stir in nuts and chocolate pieces.
    Drop 1 rounded teaspoonful cheese mixture into each cupcake.
    Bake as directed on box for cupcakes.
    May be frosted.
    Serves 30.
