Low-Fat Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. lean hamburger
    1 chopped onion
    1 c. chopped celery
    1 c. chopped green pepper
    16 oz. can whole, chopped or stewed tomatoes
    2 cans beans (pino or kidney)
    salt and pepper to taste
    dash of hot sauce
Preparation
    In skillet, crumble hamburger; add onion, celery and green pepper.
    Cook until meat is no longer red.
    Pour into large stew pot and add chopped tomatoes, 2 cans beans, salt, pepper and hot sauce to taste.
    If desired, can add 2 cups of cooked brown rice when ready to eat.
