Hominy Potatoes - Onion Saute - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. bacon drippings
    1/3 c. chopped onion
    2 c. diced, cooked potatoes
    1 (No. 2 1/2) can hominy, drained
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Heat drippings in heavy skillet.
    Cook onion slowly until transparent, not brown.
    Add potatoes and hominy.
    Season with salt.
    Cook over moderate heat until vegetables are slightly brown and crusty.
