Teriyaki Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 fryer, cut up
    1/8 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. ginger, freshly grated
    1/2 c. soy sauce
    1 clove garlic, crushed
    3 Tbsp. sake
Preparation
    Mix all in bowl.
    Add to skillet with a little oil; cook about 30 minutes on medium heat, turning chicken a couple of times. Serve on cooked rice bed.
