Buttermilk Yeast Pancakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    3 Tbsp. sugar
    1 1/2 c. buttermilk
    1/4 c. corn oil
    2 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. flour
    1 pkg. dry yeast in 1/4 c. warm water
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 pinch salt
Preparation
    Place all ingredients into a medium-size bowl and stir.
    Do not use a mixer.
    Make batter the night before and store in refrigerator for use the next morning or even a week later.
    Allow for slight rising in your bowl.
    Stir gently before pouring on grill.
    Very light!
