Salmon Ball - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 tall can red salmon
    2 (8 oz.) pkg. soft cream cheese
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 tsp. lemon rind, grated
    1/4 to 1/2 tsp. liquid smoke
    1 Tbsp. horseradish
    1/4 tsp. salt
    3 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    chopped nuts
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients.
    Form into a ball and roll in chopped nuts and parsley.
    This make 2 good size balls and freezes well. Delicious!
